A lawsuit filed by two therapeutic massage therapists alleging that Brett Favre’s lewd textual content messages cost them their employment has been settled out of court, the Related Press noted.
Law firm David Jaroslawicz didn’t disclose any of the fiscal specifics with regards to his clientele, Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole, and Favre, but he said that the issue was “resolved and discontinued.”
The lawsuit alleged that in 2008, even though Favre was with the Jets, the quarterback despatched inappropriate textual content messages to a third therapist. After Scavo’s spouse complained about the alleged texts, the two females declare they lost their part-time employment with the Jets. The two females sought undisclosed damages.
The go well with alleged that Favre despatched suggestive messages to the third girl and Scavo, asking to satisfy. Favre then allegedly followed up by texting, “I guess I have poor intentions,” the AP wrote.
Favre has denied the allegations in the earlier, and his lawyers have said that the quarterback was not liable for the truth that the females lost their employment.
Favre very last performed with the Minnesota Vikings in 2010.
